Challenge
The project was originally specified with a plastic flat-pack detention system. Toowoomba Regional Council required inspectable maintenance access and trafficable loading beneath the carpark.

Solution
GRAF worked with Woollam and STP Consultants to upgrade the specification to EcoBloc Inspect Flex with central inspect channel and two Vario shafts, reducing labour and adding maintenance manholes.
