How do I choose the right rainwater tank size?+

Tank sizing depends on roof catchment area, local rainfall, intended use (toilet flushing, irrigation, whole-of-house) and available space. GRAF underground tanks range from 600 L to 122,000 L across the Carat, Platin, Sapphire, Lilo and Herkules platforms. Use our Design Tools calculators or request a quote and our team will size a system for your site.

What brands does GRAF Australia distribute?+

GRAF Australia is the local arm of the GRAF Group, distributing GRAF rainwater and stormwater products, GARANTIA tanks, KLARO wastewater treatment systems, and HAURATON surface drainage solutions - all engineered in Germany and adapted for Australian conditions.

Can I get technical drawings and BIM models?+

Yes. Dimensional drawings, instruction manuals, tender specifications and Revit BIM models are available for many product ranges. Browse the product you're specifying and check the Downloads section, or visit Resources for the full technical library.

Do you supply to trade and homeowners?+

GRAF Australia works with civil engineers, builders, developers, councils and homeowners. Request a quote with your project details and we'll connect you with the right products, sizing advice and local support.

What is the difference between rainwater and stormwater systems?+

Rainwater harvesting captures roof runoff for reuse (irrigation, toilet flushing, laundry). Stormwater management controls site runoff - detention, infiltration and treatment - to meet council and WSUD requirements. GRAF supplies both: rainwater tanks and filters under Rainwater Solutions, and EcoBloc detention, infiltration and treatment under Stormwater Solutions.

Does GRAF provide installation support?+

GRAF Australia provides installation guidance, commissioning support and maintenance resources. Visit Service / Install for technical bulletins and contact your local distribution centre for project-specific advice.

Are GRAF tanks suitable for Australian standards?+
