Azzura Investment Group are developing a new housing development incorporating 27 x single dwellings & 155 x town homes at Palm Views Estate, in the historic city of Ipswich South East Queensland.

The project stormwater management plan calculated a requirement of 1,050kL of onsite stormwater detention that drain into the bioretention basins. Azzura Investment Group approached Graf seeking the time and cost saving the EcoBloc system could offer, compared to the concrete tanks in the conceptual design package.

Graf were able to arrange a holistic proposal incorporating the supply of the materials; EcoBloc, Geotextile and waterproof Geomembrane liner, and the Installation; IAGI's Certified Welding contractor with EcoBloc assembly experience. This proposal provided a project saving of approximately 30-40% on the original concrete tank budget.
