This project was for the construction of the new Bunnings Warehouse in Reynella SA. The new building and associated car park was calculated to require 100kL of Onsite Stormwater Detention to manage the additional quantity of stormwater entering the local network. Leeway Consultants originally specified a traditional concrete tank, and the project was awarded to Choice Plumbing to Deliver this OSD tank. Choice Plumbing approached Graf Australia's Engineering team looking for a cost and time saving alternative solution. Graf worked with Choice Plumbing to deliver the 100kL Platin XXL Onsite Stormwater tank as a cost saving alternative to the concrete tank specified in the project tender plans, to provide the 100'000 litres of Onsite Stormwater Detention beneath the new Bunnings Store car park.

The 4x 25kL Platin XXL tanks were each fitted with Class D covers to ensure they could withstand the load requirements for a fire truck in the car park above, and interconnected with DN150 pipework to achieve the 100kL storage requirements.
