Project Overview

Truck Centre (WA) is the result of an amalgamation between Truck World and Max Winkless, bringing the Mack Trucks and Volvo brands together with the construction of a new purpose built truck facility in the metropolitan area located at Forrestfield.

Inertia Engineering assisted RSA on the design of a 400m access road and internal depot design that will link the truck centre to the industrial park. The project Stormwater Management Plan calculated a 60kL Stormwater tank was necessary to store the stormwater from the new facility roof and hardstand. Graf worked with Reece Civil at Canning Vale to offer BGC Plumbing the 60kL Onsite Stormwater tank specified in the project Development Application plans, by using 3x interconnected 20kL Platin XXL tanks held locally in stock.

The 3x 20kL Platin XXL tanks were dispatched from Graf's Perth Factory for delivery directly to site. Within a couple of hours the tanks had arrived and been lifted into the prepared shallow excavation, with the plumbing and backfilling completed the following day.
