The Challenge
Billi’s Indian Restaurant in Billinudgel, NSW had an old existing Grease trap which was unable to effectively process the oil and grease waste coming from their kitchen. They needed a system that was cost effec- tive, efficient and ensured waste from the kitchen was separated before draining into the local wastewater sewer system. Case Study 2200l GREASE TRAP %,//,18'*(/16:
SOLUTION Bluefynn plumbing chose GRAF’s 2200L Grease trap as it was the best priced option offered by Reece Plumbing Tweed. The system was fitted with Class D vehicle load- ing covers and extension risers to provide a simple and flexible way to achieve the necessary depth for the grade of pipework. The plumbers noted how the design of the tank base allowed the grease trap improved stability to be stored upright onsite and an easy lifting operation to position in the excavation and install the backfill material.
