Challenge
A new logistics centre in Zaragoza with almost 286,000 m² of highly impermeable area needed onsite SUDS infiltration that cut peak flows in intense rain, avoided conflicts with underground services under the buildings, and fitted available underground space.
Solution
GRAF Ibérica delivered EcoBloc Maxx infiltration across 30 tanks made from nearly 25,000 EcoBloc Maxx modules, exceeding 5,000 m³ total storage. Each structure uses Vario 800 Flex shafts for hydraulic connections into the drainage network.
