Challenge
Riverstick Nursing Home needed about 180,000 litres of firefighting water storage on a space-restricted site where a single tank footprint was not practical.
Solution
GRAF Ireland installed a 16,000 L Carat XXL fire tank integrated with 171,000 L of EcoBloc Maxx crate storage, sealed with a 2 mm HDPE liner and linked by 160 mm interconnecting pipework to use the available footprint efficiently.
Outcomes
- Hybrid Carat XXL + EcoBloc Maxx delivering ~180,000 L fire storage
- HDPE-lined crate bank suited to constrained sites
- Factory-style fire connections on the Carat XXL tank
