Challenge

A park in Ciudad-Jardín, Puerto de Sagunto, faced flood risk in intense rain. The municipality needed infiltration storage that protected vegetation and avoided tree transplants.

Solution

GRAF Ibérica designed an EcoBloc Core infiltration structure 1.46 m high (four block layers), integrated into the park so roots could remain in place. Total published storage is 355.39 m³.
