Key construction, installation and performance notes for Grease Buster.

Overview

The GRAF Grease Buster is an above-ground grease trap for commercial kitchens and meat-processing facilities where fats, oils and grease (FOG) must be retained before discharge to sewer or further treatment.

It uses the proven phase-separation principle in a lightweight polyethylene tank that installs above ground. That makes it especially suited to retrofits, temporary sites, and locations where excavation is not practical.
