Overview

GRAF Grease Traps operate according to the principle of phase separation. The system comprises a separation zone, a fat, oil and grease (FOG) collection area and a sludge compartment. Reduced wastewater flow allows solids to settle while lower-density FOG floats. The purified water is discharged into the sewer or wastewater treatment plant. Required sizing depends on the local water authority.
